Africa Forward Summit

Momentum provided embedded strategic advisory support to Kenya's Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, ensuring the Summit produced coherent, implementable outcomes across its thematic tracks.

The mandate

High-level convenings in Africa routinely fail not because the agenda is wrong, but because diverse outputs fail to converge into positions that can drive implementation. The Africa Forward Summit convened government leaders, diplomats, development partners and strategic stakeholders across six thematic tracks.

Momentum was embedded within the Office of the Principal Secretary, Foreign Affairs, to provide the strategic advisory architecture that ensured the Summit produced a unified Kenyan position.
