Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The FAHARI LINK Sales and Marketing Manager drives sales and marketing initiatives to deliver on business growth plans, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Utilities to develop a business plan for FAHARI LINK and formulate compelling products and services to drive business growth.
  • Formulate and drive sales, business development, and marketing plans and strategies.
  • Negotiate contract proposals and sales agreements with clients and business partners.
  • Work closely with the technical team and management in the infrastructure and solution setup customised to potential clients and regions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies and activities and monitor and measure their effectiveness.
  • Leverage data to enable the business to track, assess and improve progress continuously.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with 2 years minimum experience in the Internet business sector.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Additional sales, marketing, or digital marketing certifications may be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
